# Agency plan price and billing

Agency costs $59 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly, and the owner buys, upgrades and cancels it in Billing.

The Agency plan costs $59 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly ($588 a year). It belongs to your organization and includes 20 workspaces for clients and 6 TB of cloud storage. This article covers how to pay for it, how to upgrade from Pro, and how to manage or cancel it.

## Buy Agency

Only an organization owner can buy or change the plan. Anyone else who tries is told "Only an organization owner can manage the plan."

1. **Open Billing.** In your dashboard, open **Billing**.
2. **Choose monthly or yearly.** Turn the **Pay yearly** switch on or off.
3. **Click Upgrade to Agency.** This opens the checkout page for the interval you chose.
4. **Pay by card.** Finish the payment on the checkout page.

## Upgrade from Pro

If your organization is on Pro with a subscription, click **Upgrade to Agency** on the Billing page. The upgrade charges the full Agency price today to the card saved on your Pro subscription, and your Pro plan ends at once. The unused time on Pro is refunded in proportion by the Tarkle team. You do not need to ask for it.

A few conditions apply:

- A card must be saved on the subscription. If none is, you are told to change it from **Manage billing** first.
- If the card is declined, nothing changes and you keep Pro. Update the card from **Manage billing** and try again.
- Only one plan change can run at a time for an organization.
- Moving from monthly to yearly on the same plan works the same way: click **Switch to yearly** on your plan card.

## Manage or cancel

On the Billing page, click **Manage** on your plan card. A billing portal opens where you can update your card, see invoices and cancel at the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your paid access continues until the period ends. A **Manage billing** link under the cards opens the same portal for monthly subscriptions.

To move to a lower plan, click **Change to Pro** on the Billing page. This opens the billing portal too.

## Agency and a Reseller plan

Agency and Reseller plans cannot be held together on one account. If your account has a Reseller plan, the checkout page refuses Agency and shows an **Open partner portal** link. Pro can be held with either plan.

## Paying by invoice

Tarkle staff can set up Agency on a monthly or yearly subscription billed by emailed invoice, due in 1 day. You cannot choose this at checkout. Ask in the live chat if you want it.
