# What is a brand page in Tarkle?

A brand page gathers one brand's logos, colors, fonts and guidelines on a single public page.

A brand page is a public page for one brand. It gathers the brand's logos, colors, fonts, assets, team, press and written guidelines in one place, so people can open one link and take the right files. Share it instead of emailing logos and color codes.

## What a brand page holds

You build a brand page in an editor with eight tabs: **Basics**, **Links**, **Logos**, **Colors**, **Fonts**, **Assets**, **SEO** and **Settings**.

- **Basics:** brand name, slug, summary, story, industry, size, company type and year founded.
- **Links:** the brand's website and social profiles.
- **Logos:** an icon, a main logo, a banner and up to 20 additional logos.
- **Colors:** a primary color, an optional secondary color and up to 30 additional colors. CMYK and Pantone values are optional print values.
- **Fonts:** a headline font and a body font, from Google, Adobe or your own file.
- **Assets:** collections of files, plus Team, Press and Guidelines sections.

## What visitors can do

- Copy a color as HEX, RGB or CMYK, and as Pantone when you entered one. If you leave CMYK empty, the page shows an approximate CMYK worked out from the screen color.
- Download each logo from its menu: the original file, SVG for vector logos, or PNG at 512, 1024 or 2048 pixels. With **Offer black and white versions** switched on in the Logos tab, transparent logos also offer black and white copies.
- Use the **Download** button at the top to get the brand as a zip file.
- Send a request with **Request access** when you ask for approval before downloads.
- Read the Mark Usage Terms page. Tarkle writes it from the brand name and your workspace contact email, so there is nothing to fill in.

## What you control

- **Draft or published:** a new brand has **Save as draft** and **Publish**. On a published brand, **Unpublish** turns it back into a draft and hides the public page.
- **Who can open it:** in the **Settings** tab, **Access** offers **Public** and **Password protected**. A brand that already uses **Restricted** keeps that choice.
- **Downloads:** in the **Settings** tab, switch on **Require approval to download** so visitors see **Request access** instead of **Download**.
- **Address:** the page lives at your workspace address followed by /b/ and the brand slug. **Use a custom domain** in the **Settings** tab gives it your own domain.
- **Search and sharing:** the **SEO** tab holds the meta title, meta description, Open Graph image and favicon. They start from the brand name, summary, banner and icon.
- **Tracking:** the **Integrations** card in the **Settings** tab can add your own Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console details.
- **Client:** in the **Settings** tab, switch on **Assign this brand** to give the brand to a contact or organization.

## Plans and limits

The organization owns the brand page limit, and all its workspaces share it. An organization on Free can have 1 brand page in total and cannot add a custom domain to it. An organization on Pro or Agency has no limit on brand pages and can give each one its own domain. ## What happens next

Open **Brands** in the sidebar and click **Create brand** to start your first brand page.
