# Why can't I turn on paid transfers?

Each message you see when you charge for a transfer names one step: upgrade, turn paid transfers on, or connect Stripe.

When you try to charge for access to a transfer, Tarkle can show one of three messages. Find the one on your screen below and take the step it names.

## "Paid transfers are a Pro feature. Upgrade to charge for access."

Paid transfers are a Pro feature, so upgrade to charge for access. You can see the plans on the [pricing page](https://tarkle.com/pricing).

## "Turn on paid transfers in Settings to charge for access."

Paid transfers are not turned on, so turn them on in **Settings** to charge for access.

## "Connect Stripe in Settings > Integrations to charge for access."

Stripe is not connected, so connect it in **Settings** > **Integrations** to charge for access.
