## Frequently asked questions

### What is the difference between Pro and Pro Lifetime?
Both start at $29 and include Pro features and white-label branding. Regular Pro is paid monthly with 3 TB of base storage and unlimited team members. Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment with 500 GB of base storage and 1 team member; stack codes to increase storage and team capacity. Regular Pro can remove the optional Powered by Tarkle backlink, while Lifetime keeps it. Both can replace the backlink with their own affiliate link.

### How do I get a free lifetime code?
Buy six codes and receive seven total; buy twelve and receive fourteen; buy eighteen and receive twenty-one. This reward can be used indefinitely while the promotion is available.

### Can I stack codes?
Yes. Each additional code adds 500 GB of storage and additional Brand Page capacity. Stacking two or more codes unlocks unlimited team members, up to 1,000 TB total storage.

### What payment methods are supported?
Credit and debit cards are supported through Stripe. For larger purchases, contact support@tarkle.com to discuss invoice payment.

### What's your refund policy?
All lifetime sales are final, and refunds are not offered except where required by law. We recommend trying the Free plan first.

### I already have a Cloudbrand or Sharebrand lifetime deal — can I upgrade?
Yes. Existing lifetime storage can be stacked by adding more storage or codes to your account.

### Do you keep shipping new features? Is this maintained long-term?
