**How does the free trial work?**
Sign up and get 7 days of full access to all features at your plan level. No credit card required. After 7 days, your plan converts to paid billing unless you cancel.

**Can I use my own domain?**
Yes. Custom domains are included on all plans. Use your own domain for file delivery (files.yourdomain.com), client portals (clients.yourdomain.com), and contractor portals.

**What happens when I exceed storage or team seats?**
You'll get a notification before hitting your limit. Add more storage ($9/TB/mo) or seats ($5/seat/mo) anytime, or use less and manage within your current plan.

**Can I change my plan?**
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Pro, or add additional resources, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. You can also downgrade anytime—we don't prorate, so you'll just move to the lower plan on your next cycle.

**What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel anytime with no penalties.

**Is there a discount for annual billing?**
Contact our sales team to discuss custom plans and volume pricing for annual commitments.
