A transfer sends one or more files to people by link. Recipients open the link and download. Senders can set an expiry and protection, and follow downloads.
Not in the API yet. The feature exists in Tarkle. Its API is planned and this page shows where it will live.

The Files API already respects transfers. A file held by an active transfer cannot be deleted until you confirm with confirm_delete_transfers=true (see Files).

No API scope exists yet. Every call will also name a workspace (see Authentication).
