After subscribing, Tarkle Studio sends an invitation to the email address used for your account. The portal has a dedicated invitation-acceptance flow for joining a workspace.
Open your invitation
Find the Tarkle Studio invitation in your inbox and open it. Use the invitation link in the email to continue. For security, only use the invitation intended for your email address.
Create or access your account
Follow the instructions on screen. If this is your first time using the portal, you'll complete the required account setup before joining your organization.
If you already have an applicable account, you'll be guided through joining the invited workspace.
Join your organization
Accept the organization invitation. Once accepted, you'll have access to the Tarkle Studio workspace associated with your subscription.
Didn't receive your invitation?
First:
Confirm you're checking the email used during checkout.
Check your spam and junk folders.
Search your inbox for Tarkle.
Make sure your organization's email security hasn't filtered the message.
If you still can't find it, contact Tarkle Studio support so we can help you regain access or resend the invitation.
