No. Anyone can open a Send link and download files without creating an account. Paid plans also give recipients a branded portal under your domain where they see everything shared with them over time.

Yes. Custom domain is included on all plans so your transfer links, file request pages, and client portal all run on your own custom subdomain like files.acme.com.

You can send to up to 10 recipients by email per transfer, or share a link with unlimited people. There are no bandwidth limits or transfer caps on any plan.

All file types are supported. PDFs, images, videos, raw camera files, Office documents, ZIP archives, design files, and anything else. If it can be uploaded, it can be sent.

Use Send for direct download (instant on click), gated access (recipient submits email to unlock), view-only (preview without download), burn after read (file deletes after first download), or password protected. Combine these controls per transfer to fit your workflow.

Every view and download is logged with a timestamp and country. You get a real-time Slack notification the moment a file is opened or downloaded.

All transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. Access controls, expiry links, and password protection give you additional layers of control per transfer.
