Once your account and brand profile are ready, you can submit your first request. From your dashboard, select New request. You can also use the Create ticket action in the getting-started section if it is still visible on your dashboard.
Tell us what you need
Give the request a clear project name.
Instead of:
Design
Use:
Acme – LinkedIn campaign graphics
or:
Northstar – Q4 investor pitch deck
Clear project names make your queue much easier to manage.
Choose the correct brand
Associate the request with the brand the work belongs to.
This gives your creative team access to the relevant brand context.
Write your brief
Explain:
What you want created.
Why you're creating it.
Who it's for.
Where it will be used.
What copy should appear.
Required dimensions.
Required formats.
Number of variations.
Visual direction.
Deadline or launch date.
Attach your files
Upload everything needed to complete the request.
Depending on the project, this might include:
Copy.
Images.
Existing designs.
Presentation files.
Video footage.
Logos.
Spreadsheets.
Product screenshots.
Reference designs.
Wireframes.
PDFs.
Don't make your designer hunt for critical project inputs across unrelated messages.
Add references
References are especially helpful when you have a particular direction in mind. Tell us what you like about the reference, rather than simply attaching an image. For example:
We like the large typography and simple composition. Don't copy the colors—we need to stay within our existing brand palette. That gives the designer useful direction while leaving room to create something original.
Submit the request
Review your brief and attachments, then submit the project. Your request enters the Tarkle Studio workflow. If an active project slot is available, it can move into production. Otherwise, it remains in your queue until capacity becomes available.
You'll be able to follow the project and provide feedback through the portal as work progresses.
