If you have more than one Pro workspace, you can move some unused storage from one to another. Your plans and features stay exactly where they are — only storage moves.
For example: workspace A and workspace B each have 3 TB. Move 1 TB from A to B, and A now has 2 TB while B has 4 TB. You keep paying for both subscriptions.
What you need
You own both workspaces.
Both workspaces are on a Pro plan.
The workspace you move from has at least 3 TB available.
An authenticator app or a passkey is turned on for your account. You can set one up in Account, Multi-factor authentication.
What can be moved
Storage that comes with your Pro plan, up to what is not being used. Files and Team reservations keep their space.
Storage that was granted to a workspace, such as storage added by Tarkle support or redeemed referral rewards, stays with that workspace and cannot be moved.
One move per workspace
Each workspace can send or receive storage once. After a move, both workspaces show the Move storage option as unavailable, and moves cannot be undone or sent back, so choose the amount with care. A third and fourth Pro workspace that have not been used can still make their own move.

How to move storage
Open Home and find the workspace you want to move storage from.
Open its menu (three dots) and choose Move storage. You can also use Move next to Storage on the workspace's Billing page.
Confirm it is you. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or choose Use a passkey. If you have not turned one on yet, you will be asked to set one up first.
Choose the workspace to move to. Workspaces that are not eligible (for example, Free workspaces or ones that already used their move) are shown with a Not eligible label and cannot be selected.
Enter the amount in GB or TB. The available amount is shown above the field.
Select Move storage.
You will see the new storage totals for both workspaces right away.
Your receipt
The move appears in Purchases as Storage move, for example "1 TB storage moved from A to B".
We also email you a confirmation with the new storage for both workspaces.
Why is Move storage greyed out?
The workspace is not on a Pro plan, or has less than 3 TB.
The workspace already sent or received storage.
You are not the owner of the workspace.
