If you purchased Tarkle access through an earlier version of the product or through a deal platform, your workspace may still show a legacy plan or lifetime access.
Legacy plans can have different limits and features from the current Free and Pro plans. Check your workspace billing page to see the plan connected to your workspace.
Check your plan
Open Billing in your Tarkle workspace. Your current plan appears in the Your plan section. If you have a legacy plan or lifetime access, the billing page shows the plan available for that workspace.
Older paid plans
Older paid subscriptions remain connected to the workspace they were purchased for unless they are canceled or changed. The limits and features on a legacy plan can differ from the current Tarkle plans. Do not use the current Free or Pro plan page to determine the limits of an earlier purchase.
Lifetime access
If you purchased lifetime access, it remains connected to the workspace where it was applied. Lifetime offers can have their own storage, team, branding, and feature allowances. Check your original purchase details and the billing page for the plan shown on your workspace.
