You can manage or cancel a paid Tarkle subscription from the billing page in your workspace. Tarkle uses Stripe’s customer portal for subscription management.
Open your billing page
Sign in to the Tarkle workspace with the subscription you want to manage. Open Billing from your workspace settings or navigation. In the Your plan section, select Manage plan.
Cancel in Stripe
Selecting Manage plan opens the Stripe customer portal. In Stripe, select the option to manage or cancel your subscription. Follow the steps shown in the portal to confirm the cancellation. Stripe shows the available cancellation details before you confirm.
After you cancel
Review the confirmation shown in the Stripe customer portal. It tells you the status of your subscription and any remaining access for the current billing period.
