The Trustpilot integration connects via your Trustpilot BCC email address. It works by BCCing Trustpilot's invitation service on emails sent to recipients, triggering automatic review invitations.

The connection is active when <code>workspace.trustpilot_bcc_email</code> is set. There are no exclusivity restrictions for Trustpilot.

Where to find your BCC email: In Trustpilot Business, go to Collect Reviews → Automatic Feedback Service → your unique BCC email is listed there. It follows the format <code>invite@[your-domain].trustpilot.com</code> or similar.
