Why Send may be temporarily unavailable

Send runs on technical infrastructure that can occasionally experience disruption. When that happens, some users may be unable to share files or access the dashboard.

We treat these situations seriously and work to restore service as quickly as possible. When an incident happens, we post updates on status.tarkle.com so you can see what is affected and follow progress until the issue is resolved.

What is happening

Sometimes the systems that power Send, including hosting, routing, authentication, or other infrastructure layers, can become unstable or temporarily unavailable. When that happens, the product may load slowly, file sharing may fail, or the dashboard may not open correctly.

This does not always mean data is lost. In most cases, the service is disrupted while we investigate the cause and restore normal operation.

What you should do

If Send is not working, please wait a bit and check our status page for the latest update. You can follow the incident here: status.tarkle.com.

Why we post updates

We use the status page to share clear updates during incidents, including what is affected, what we are doing, and when the next update will be posted

This helps keep you informed while we continue working on a fix.
