What the 24–48-hour target means
For appropriately scoped everyday requests, Tarkle Studio aims to provide the first version within one to two business days. Examples might include a social graphic, advertising creative, straightforward marketing collateral or another reasonably scoped production request.
A complete brand identity, large presentation, complicated animation, substantial video edit or multi-page digital experience naturally contains more production work. Those projects may be delivered in stages or receive a longer estimate.
What can affect delivery time?
Turnaround can be influenced by:
Project complexity.
Number of assets.
Length of a presentation or video.
Amount and quality of source material.
Whether required copy is ready.
Whether brand assets are available.
Complexity of custom illustration or motion.
Number of formats or variations.
Missing information in the brief.
Changes to the original request.
Feedback and approval timing.
When a project is more involved, Tarkle Studio should communicate the expected timeline rather than forcing the work into an unrealistic standard turnaround.
Business days
The standard turnaround target is measured in business hours/business days, not continuous calendar time. Most projects are delivered Monday through Friday.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited within the original request scope.Revisions are handled within approximately 24 hours on average, although complexity still matters. A small text adjustment is not equivalent to substantially rebuilding a concept or introducing an entirely new deliverable.
Your plan affects throughput
Turnaround and throughput are related but different. Plus has one active project at a time. Business has three. If you submit ten requests to Plus, the first request may receive its initial delivery in 24–48 business hours, but that does not mean all ten requests will be delivered within the same 48-hour period.
The remaining requests move through the queue as active capacity becomes available. Business increases the number of projects that can move forward simultaneously.
