Before submitting your first real Tarkle Studio request, use this checklist.
Set up your brand
Create the appropriate brand profile and add the brand assets you already have. At minimum, try to provide the logo, colors, typography and any existing brand guidelines.
Prepare the final copy
Where possible, provide the copy you actually want used. Placeholder copy is fine during early exploration, but finished copy helps your designer create more accurate layouts and reduces revisions later.
Collect the source material
Have the required files ready before submitting. For example, don't submit a video-editing request without the footage or a presentation redesign without the existing presentation.
Know where the design will be used
Tell us whether you're creating something for LinkedIn, Meta Ads, print, a conference screen, an email campaign, a website or somewhere else. The intended use affects how the work should be designed and prepared.
Confirm dimensions and formats
If the platform or printer has specific requirements, include them.
Examples include:
1080 × 1080 px
1920 × 1080 px
A4
16:9 presentation
Instagram Story
LinkedIn carousel
If you're unsure, tell us where the asset will be used and your creative team can help determine the appropriate format.
Gather visual references
References can communicate direction much faster than abstract descriptions. Include examples of:
Layouts you like.
Competitors.
Previous campaigns.
Existing client work.
Moodboards.
Styles you want to avoid.
Explain what matters about each reference.
Define the deliverables
Be specific about what you expect to receive.
For example:
1 campaign concept + 5 ad variations
is clearer than:
We need some Facebook ads.
Check your deadline
Tell us when the finished work is actually needed. Remember that most standard requests target a first version within 24–48 business hours, while larger projects require more production time. Leave enough time for review and revisions before your external client or campaign deadline.
You're ready
Once your brand information, project requirements, content and source files are ready, submit the request. You don't need to write a perfect creative brief. You just need to give your Tarkle Studio team enough context to understand the objective and begin intelligently.
