Your Tarkle Studio subscription includes access to a dedicated online workspace for managing the day-to-day relationship with your creative team.
Instead of spreading project information across email, shared drives and chat threads, the portal keeps your requests, brands, feedback and account information together.
Depending on your role and permissions, the main navigation can include:
Dashboard.
Requests.
Projects.
Brands.
Organization.
Profile and notification settings.
Client users only see areas they have permission to access. The portal checks role permissions before showing Requests, Projects and Brands.
What you can do in the portal
You can use the Tarkle Studio portal to:
Submit and track design requests.
View requests in list or board-style views.
Organize related work into projects.
Create and maintain brand profiles.
Manage brand assets and visual information.
Invite your agency team.
Add clients where appropriate.
Review your agency organization settings.
Configure your client-facing white-label portal.
Manage your custom portal domain.
Update your profile.
Choose which email notifications you receive.
Access subscription and billing management when available.
Your portal adapts to your role
Not every person in your organization needs the same access. An organization owner may be able to manage members, branding and the client-facing domain.
Another team member may only need access to requests and brands. A client you invite into your white-label experience can also have a more limited view.
This keeps operational and client-facing access separate instead of showing every user the full agency workspace.
Your portal can carry your agency branding
For organizations with white-label access, the client-facing experience can use your own:
Logo.
Favicon.
Accent color.
Custom domain.
The organization branding controls explicitly say the logo is used across the client portal, while the favicon appears in browser tabs and bookmarks and the accent color is used for portal buttons.
That means your clients can interact with a portal that looks like an extension of your agency rather than a generic Tarkle workspace.
