The Requests area is the main place for following creative work in the Tarkle Studio portal. Open Requests from the sidebar to see the requests your account is allowed to access.
Client access to Requests depends on role permissions. Organization owners can access requests, while other client roles can be given request access separately.
List and board views
Requests support both:
List view
Kanban-style board view
The portal remembers your preferred view so you can return to the layout you normally use. List view is useful when you want to scan many requests quickly. Board view is useful when you want to understand how requests are distributed across workflow statuses.
Request tabs and statuses
For client users, the default request view opens around pending work.
Requests can move through different operational stages as work progresses.
You may see requests waiting in your queue, currently being worked on, ready for review, delivered or completed depending on the project state.
Filter your requests
The request page supports filtering and pagination. You can use filters to narrow a larger request history instead of manually searching through every project.
The portal also scopes client users to their organization rather than exposing organization-level filters intended for internal workspace staff.
Brand information in requests
Requests can be connected to a brand. For client users, the available brand options come from the brands assigned to their organization. This makes it easier to keep work for different client identities separate.
If you don't have any requests yet
The Requests page will show an empty state until work has been submitted. Once requests exist, they'll appear in this area automatically.
