What it means
The API answered with HTTP 429 and the error code transfer_monthly_limit.
The plan’s monthly transfer count has been reached. details.limit and details.currentUsage carry the numbers.

Every error is an RFC 9457 problem document (application/problem+json). Match on code, never on the message text. See errors for the full list.
