What it means
The API answered with HTTP 413 and the error code transfer_too_large.
The transfer’s total size is larger than the plan’s maximum transfer size. details.limit carries the limit in bytes.

Every error is an RFC 9457 problem document (application/problem+json). Match on code, never on the message text. See errors for the full list.
