The Intercom integration loads the Intercom Messenger widget on your transfer pages using your App ID.
The connection is active when workspace.intercom_app_id is set. Intercom is mutually exclusive with HubSpot Chat and Crisp — only one live chat tool can be active at a time.
What this enables: Recipients who open your transfer link will see the Intercom chat bubble. They can start a conversation with your team without leaving the transfer page.
Where to find your App ID: In Intercom, go to Settings → Installation → Web → your App ID is displayed in the snippet as app_id: "xxxxxxxx".
