Understanding the Transfer detail page

Opening a transfer from your Transfers list takes you to its detail page. This is where you see everything about that specific transfer: the files inside it, its current status, and the full action menu for managing it.

Every transfer has its own detail page. You reach it by clicking on a transfer name in your Transfers list. The URL looks like /transfers/YOUR-SLUG.

What you see on the page

The page shows:

  • The transfer title or slug if no title has been set

  • The files and folders included in the transfer

  • The access type: public, private, password protected, email required, or direct download

  • The status badges that reflect what has happened

Status badges

Badges appear at the top of the page and update automatically:

  • Viewed — the transfer link was opened, with a count of how many times

  • Downloaded — a recipient saved one or more files

  • Burned — the transfer used burn-after-read and can no longer be accessed without regenerating the URL

  • Disabled — access has been manually turned off

  • Expired — the transfer passed its expiry date

The action menu

The three-dot menu at the top right of the detail page gives you the full set of actions for that transfer:

  • Copy URL — copies the transfer link to your clipboard

  • Copy Transfer ID — copies the transfer ID for reference or support

  • Copy embed code / Embed video / Embed audio — generates the embed snippet for public transfers

  • Rename — opens a rename field without leaving the page

  • View items — shows the full file list inside the transfer

  • Regenerate URL — available on burned transfers to create a new accessible link

  • Disable Transfer / Enable Transfer — toggles access on or off without deleting

  • Delete — permanently removes the transfer

This page is your main reference point for understanding what happened with any individual transfer after you sent it.
