Sharebrand and Cloudbrand are now Tarkle Send. It is the same white-label file sharing and tracking product, now under one brand with the rest of Tarkle.
Nothing changes for current customers. Your pricing stays the same, your data stays the same, and your login credentials stay the same.
Why the change happened
Sharebrand and Cloudbrand were always built by Tarkle. Running them as separate brands created split support, split infrastructure decisions, and slower shipping. Bringing the product under Tarkle removes that extra layer and keeps the roadmap aligned with Portal and Studio.
This is a brand consolidation, not a product reset. The file sharing, tracking, custom domain delivery, and client-facing workflow all remain in place.
What stays the same
Your workspaces do not need to be recreated. Existing customers keep their current setup, and their pricing remains honored until they cancel or upgrade.
Your login details do not change. You use the same account you already had, now at the Tarkle Send domain. Your custom domains remain active. Clients still see your brand on the portal and delivery pages, not Tarkle branding.
What happened to Sharebrand and Cloudbrand
Sharebrand is now Tarkle Send. Cloudbrand is now Tarkle Send. The product remains the same white-label file sharing and tracking tool used by agencies, studios, freelancers, consultants, and other client-facing teams.
The change is about the brand and operating model, not the feature set. Nothing is being removed.
Do you need to do anything
No action is required. You do not need to migrate files, recreate workspaces, or change pricing settings. If you were using Sharebrand or Cloudbrand, you now use Tarkle Send with the same workflow and the same product behavior.
Why this is better
One brand makes the product easier to understand and easier to support. It also keeps Send, Portal, and Studio moving together under one company and one direction. For customers, the benefit is simple. The product stays familiar, while the brand behind it becomes clearer and easier to follow.
