If you purchased access to Tarkle Send through a third-party deal platform or directly through an earlier version of the product, your plan is honored as long as it was a paid or formally granted purchase. This article explains what that means for each plan type.
Paid Startup and Lifetime plans
If you bought a startup subscription or a lifetime access plan through any platform — including Stack Social, Deal Mirror, Cloudbrand, or directly from an earlier Sharebrand or Bripes website — your plan remains active under its original terms.
Startup subscriptions (recurring) remain active for as long as they are not canceled. No action is required on your end.
Lifetime access plans remain active with no expiry. You continue to receive product updates as they are released.
Your workspace shows your plan in the Your plan section at /billing. If your plan is active, it displays with an Active or Lifetime Access badge.
Free promotional plans
Some users received free access during Tarkle Send's early launch period as a promotional grant rather than a paid purchase. These promotional plans expire after one year from the date they were granted. Once expired, the workspace is disabled. You will not lose your data immediately, but the workspace will become inaccessible until you upgrade to a paid plan.

What "Honored" means in practice
Tarkle Send does not migrate legacy customers to new pricing without notice. If your plan was purchased, it stays on its original terms. The features available to you match those that were included when you purchased — they are not retroactively reduced. New features added to the platform may or may not be available depending on your legacy plan tier, but your core access is protected.
