Tarkle Send is built for agencies, freelancers, studios, and consultants who share files under their own brand. Every client-facing surface, from the sign-in page to transfer pages and notification emails, reflects your identity, not ours.

What you can customize

Every workspace on Tarkle Send supports full visual customization from the /branding page. Go there and open the Appearance tab. You will find four controls:

  • Logo. Your square brand mark. It appears on transfer pages, download links, and outgoing emails. Upload a PNG or JPG. Once uploaded, a preview shows instantly before you save.

  • Favicon. The icon shown in browser tabs and bookmarks when clients open any of your public workspace pages. Use a square transparent PNG for the cleanest result.

  • Accent color. The color applied to buttons and highlights across all your public-facing pages. Use the color picker or type a hex value directly.

  • Show Tarkle branding toggle. Controls whether the "Powered by Tarkle Send" link appears at the bottom of your public pages. On any paid plan, turn this off at any time.

Your workspace, your identity

When you upload a logo and set your accent color, every transfer page and sign-in page your clients see carries your brand. The workspace name and your logo replace Tarkle's defaults in the header. Outgoing file notification emails also carry your logo, so clients see your brand in their inbox, not a generic sender.

The accent color applies globally across buttons and interactive elements on all public pages. If your brand uses a dark navy, a warm amber, or any custom hex value, the color picker handles it.

Removing the Tarkle branding link

By default, a small "Powered by Tarkle Send" text link appears at the bottom of your public workspace pages. Clicking it goes to tarkle.com/send. This link exists so that clients who find value in how your file sharing works can trace it back to the tool behind it.

Once your workspace is on any paid plan, the toggle on the Appearance tab becomes active. Flip it off and click Save changes to remove the link entirely. The toggle stays disabled only while a workspace is still in trial mode. No specific plan tier is required to remove it. Any paid Tarkle Send plan gives you full control.

Saving your changes

All four settings on the Appearance tab save together when you click Save changes at the top right of the page. Changes take effect immediately on all public-facing pages once saved.
