Tarkle Send is not a video platform in the YouTube or Vimeo sense. Upload and store videos in your workspace
Your workspace library at /files includes a dedicated video section. You can upload video files directly from your device, and they are stored in your workspace alongside your documents, audio files, and images.
Uploaded videos are processed and stored through your workspace. They appear in your library immediately and can be managed like any other file, moved into folders, starred, renamed, or deleted.
There is no cap on the number of video files you can store beyond your plan's total storage limit (1 TB on Send, 3 TB on Send Pro). A single video transfer can include files up to 15 GB on Send and 30 GB on Send Pro.
Share videos through a branded player
Once a video is in your library, you can share it through a video transfer. A video transfer creates a standalone branded video player page at a unique link. The recipient opens the link and the video plays in the browser. No YouTube interface, no Vimeo watermark, no third-party branding.
You can customise the video transfer with:
Your logo and workspace colors
A cover image displayed before the video plays
A CTA button pointing anywhere (a booking link, a proposal, a next step)
Autoplay settings
Optional paid download via Stripe
You can also paste a link from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia, Bunny, or Gumlet instead of uploading a file. The branded player wraps the external video, so the recipient sees your brand instead of the source platform.
