Add brand assets and guidelines

Upload the visual assets your Tarkle Studio team should use when creating work for your brand or client.

A good brand profile reduces guesswork. Instead of attaching the same logo and brand guide every time you create a request, keep the core assets available in the brand profile.

What should you add?

Where available, add:

  • Primary logo.

  • Secondary logos.

  • Logo marks or icons.

  • Brand guidelines.

  • Brand colors.

  • Typography.

  • Fonts or font information.

  • Existing templates.

  • Example marketing assets.

  • Photography guidance.

  • Illustration styles.

  • Design system files.

  • Other reusable visual assets.

Use the latest files

Remove or clearly identify outdated assets. If a client recently changed its logo or visual identity, make sure the profile contains the version Tarkle Studio should actually use.

What if the client doesn't have brand guidelines?

That's okay. Provide whatever information you do have.

You can supplement limited brand assets with examples and visual references in individual project briefs. If the project itself is to create a new visual identity, provide the existing brand materials and explain what needs to change.

Keep profiles updated

Brand profiles should evolve with the brands they represent. When a client changes colors, typography, logos or other important visual rules, update the profile so future requests don't accidentally use outdated materials.
