Assign storage to teams and clients
Split your storage between teams, and decide how much each client can upload.
Your storage is one pool, and you decide how to share it out.
Teams
Give each team folder a storage budget, either a fixed amount or unlimited, taken from the workspace total. Open the Assign storage dialog to see what each team has used and adjust it.
Clients
Each client who uploads through the portal has their own allowance. It is 5 GB by default and you can change it per client. Their uploads go into their own folder.
