White-label Reseller Terms
These Reseller Terms supplement the Tarkle Terms of Service and apply to every customer using a Tarkle Reseller plan. Last updated: September 2026
Agreement
If these Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service, these Terms apply to reseller activities.
1. Definitions
Reseller means a customer operating a white-label platform using Tarkle. Customer means a user of the Reseller’s platform. Storage Pool means total storage allocated to the Reseller.
2. Independent business
You operate your own business and determine branding, pricing, subscriptions, customer relationships, support, and billing. Tarkle provides the platform and infrastructure only. Nothing creates employment, agency, franchise, or partnership.
3. Your responsibilities
Maintain your own Terms and Privacy Policy, support your customers, comply with law and the Tarkle Acceptable Use Policy, and accurately describe your services.
4. Your customers
Your customers contract with you. You are responsible for billing, refunds, support, privacy requests, and communications. Tarkle does not provide direct support to your customers.
5. White-label branding
You may use your own company name, logo, domain, and email branding, but may not represent Tarkle as software developed exclusively by your organization.
6. Storage
Your subscription includes a shared storage pool. You allocate it between customer workspaces; charges may apply when usage exceeds purchased allocation.
7. Billing
You pay Tarkle for the reseller subscription; customers pay you. Tarkle does not collect customer payments.
8. Suspension
If your reseller account is suspended or terminated, customer workspaces may become unavailable and sharing may stop. You are responsible for notifying customers.
9. Data
Customer files are stored on Tarkle infrastructure. You act as controller for customers; Tarkle acts as service provider and processor for the infrastructure.
10. Support
Tarkle supports the reseller; the reseller supports customers.
11. Liability
You agree to indemnify Cloudbrand Technologies, Inc. against claims arising from your reseller business, pricing, customer agreements, support, marketing, or legal violations.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the Terms of Service. After termination, we may suspend reseller access and delete customer data according to retention policy.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use accepts revisions.
