Step 1: Go to the sign-up page
Open your browser and go to the sign-up page at app.send.tarkle.com/sign-up. You will see a form with the Tarkle logo at the top and a white card in the center of the page.
Step 2: Fill in your details
You need to enter four things:
Full name. Enter your first and last name. The system splits this automatically into first name and last name behind the scenes.
Email. Use a business or work email. Emails with a plus sign (for example name+tag@domain.com) are not accepted.
Password. Must be at least 10 characters. You can tap the eye icon to show or hide what you are typing.
Workspace URL. This is the web address your account will live at. Type a short name, for example
my-agency, and it becomesmy-agency.send.tarkle.com. The field only accepts lowercase characters. You can change this or add a custom domain later from your settings.
As you type your workspace URL, the system checks in real time whether that name is already taken. If it is, you will see an error message below the field and you will need to pick a different name.
Step 3: Accept the terms and create your account
Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click the blue "Create account" button. The button stays grayed out until your workspace URL is valid and the terms box is checked.
Before creating your account, the system runs two quick checks behind the scenes. First, it confirms that your email and workspace URL are not already registered. Second, it checks whether your connection is coming through a VPN. If a VPN is detected, you will see an error asking you to turn it off before continuing.
Step 4: Check your email
As soon as your account is created, a verification email goes out to the address you entered. The page switches to a confirmation screen that says "Verification email sent." If the email does not arrive, you can enter your email address again and click "Resend email" to get a new one.
Step 5: Click the link in your email
Open the verification email and click the confirmation link. That link takes you to a secure route on the Tarkle Send app that verifies your identity automatically. No code to copy, no extra form to fill in.
Step 6: Land on your dashboard
Once your identity is confirmed, you are redirected straight to your dashboard at /dashboard. Because this is your first time signing in, the page loads with a small celebration to welcome you. Your workspace is ready to use.
From the dashboard, you can start sending files, create a file request, set up your branding, invite team members, or connect a custom domain.
