If you forgot your Tarkle Send password, request a reset link by email, then set a new password on the reset page. Takes about one minute.

You can reset your password from any workspace sign-in page. The flow works the same whether you are on a workspace subdomain like my-agency.send.tarkle.com or on a custom domain.

Step 1: Go to the forgot password page

On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password" in the top right corner of the password field. This takes you to /forgot-password on your workspace. The page shows your workspace name and logo in the header so you know you are in the right place.

Step 2: Enter your email and request a reset link

You will see a single field labeled Email. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click Reset password. The button grays out immediately after you click it so you cannot send duplicate requests. If everything works, a success toast confirms the reset email has been sent.

If you remember your password and do not need to reset it, click "Sign in" below the button to go back to the sign-in page.

Step 3: Click the link in your email

Open the email from Tarkle and click the reset link. The link carries a secure token and redirects you to the reset page at /reset-password on your workspace. If no valid token is detected when the page loads, you are redirected away from the page automatically, so expired or invalid links cannot be used.

Step 4: Create your new password

The reset page shows a form with two fields: New Password and Confirm Password. The visibility toggle (the eye icon) applies to both fields at once so you can check what you are typing. Enter your new password in both fields and click Reset Password.

The form verifies the token first, then updates your password in one step. Once the update succeeds, you will see a brief "Updated! You will be redirected soon" message and land on your dashboard automatically within half a second. Your new password must be different from your previous passwords.
