There are two ways to reach the sign-in screen. You can go directly to your workspace URL, for example my-agency.send.tarkle.com/sign-in, or you can use the launchpad at send.tarkle.com/sign-in if you do not remember your workspace URL.
Option 1: Use the Launchpad
If you visit send.tarkle.com/sign-in, the app detects that you are on the main domain rather than a specific workspace. Instead of a sign-in form, it shows a launchpad screen with a single field labeled Workspace URL.
Type your workspace name in the field. The app fills in .send.tarkle.com automatically on the right side. Click Launch. The app checks whether that workspace exists. If it does, you are redirected straight to the sign-in screen for that workspace. If the workspace is not found, an error message appears so you can try again.
If you cannot remember your workspace name, there is a "Find workspace" link below the button. Click it to go to the forgot-url page where you can look it up by email.
Option 2: Go directly to your workspace
If you already know your workspace URL, go to your-workspace.send.tarkle.com/sign-in directly. Workspaces with a custom domain also have their own sign-in page at that domain. In both cases, the page shows your workspace name and logo in the header, not the Tarkle logo, because the branding adapts to your account.
You will see a sign-in form with two fields: Email and Password. Fill them in and click Sign In. The app first checks that your email address belongs to that workspace before authenticating. If your email is not registered on that workspace, you will see an error before any credentials are checked.
Signing in with a magic link
Below the Sign In button there is an OR divider and a button labeled "Sign in with magic link." Click it and the password field disappears. Enter your email address and click Sign In. The app sends a one-time link to your inbox. Once you click that link, you are signed in and taken to your dashboard. The button label changes to "Check your email" and stays disabled so you cannot send a second link by mistake.
To switch back to password sign-in at any time, click "Sign in with password" and the password field reappears.
After signing in
Once your credentials are verified, the app refreshes and redirects you to your dashboard. You do not need to do anything else. If the redirect takes a moment, you will see a brief "You will be redirected soon" message.
