Your Tarkle Send account vs. Your workspace: What is the difference?

Your Tarkle Send account and your workspace are two different things. Your account is how you log in. Your workspace is where you work. This article explains the distinction and why it matters.

Your Tarkle Send account and your workspace serve two different purposes. Confusing them is common, so this article clarifies both concepts clearly.

Your account

Your account is your identity on Tarkle Send. It is tied to your email address and password (or your sign-in method). Your account is what you use to authenticate — it is the credential layer. It belongs to you, not to any specific business or environment.

Your account stores personal profile data: your name, avatar, and email. You have one account, and that account can give you access to one or more workspaces. If someone invites you to join their workspace as a team member, you use your existing account to accept and log in. You do not create a new account for each workspace you join.

Your workspace

A workspace is the operational environment where everything actually happens. It has its own name, logo, subdomain URL, custom domain, branding, billing plan, file library, team members, contacts, and settings. Nothing inside a workspace is shared with another workspace — each one is fully isolated.

When you first sign up for Tarkle Send, a workspace is created for you automatically as part of onboarding. That workspace is yours to configure. If you run multiple businesses, you can create additional workspaces under the same account. Each will have its own subscription and function independently.

Why the distinction matters

Billing

No billing attached

Each workspace has its own plan

If a workspace is disabled — for example, due to an expired plan — your account still exists. You can log in and switch to any other workspace you own or belong to. Your account is never affected by what happens inside a specific workspace.
