Every new Tarkle Send workspace starts on a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started. The trial gives you full Send Pro access so you can set up your workspace, invite your team, and start sharing files on day one.
What the trial includes
During the trial, your workspace runs on Send Pro limits. That means you get:
3 TB of shared team storage
Up to 15 team seats
Transfers up to 100 GB
Unlimited transfers and file requests
90-day file recovery
Every feature on the Send Pro plan
The trial plan is labeled "Pro limits" in your billing dashboard so you can see exactly what you are working with.
No credit card required
Tarkle Send does not ask for a payment method when you create a workspace. You get 7 days to explore the full product, customize your workspace, add your branding, invite team members, and send real transfers before deciding whether to upgrade.
What happens when the trial ends
When the 7 days expire, your workspace trial status changes to Expired. You lose access to workspace features until you upgrade to a paid plan. Your data is not deleted immediately. Workspaces that remain on an expired trial are deleted after 30 days.
If you come back after deletion and create a new workspace, you start a fresh trial again. Nothing is required from your previous account.
Upgrading after the trial
When you are ready to continue, go to /billing and choose between Send at $29/month or Send Pro at $49/month. Both plans are available on monthly or yearly billing. Choosing yearly gives you two months free. Select your plan and billing interval, click the upgrade button, and you are taken directly to Stripe to complete the subscription. No code or form needed.
