An audio transfer page is the public-facing page your recipient sees when they open an /a/[slug] link. It is a standalone branded audio player built for sharing music, podcasts, voice notes, and any other audio content.
What the page shows
The page displays:
The transfer title
The summary, if one was added
Each audio track as a separate row in the player with its file name, waveform visualization, duration, and playback controls
A custom CTA button, if one was configured
A cover image, if one was selected
Your workspace branding is applied to the page — accent color, logo, and workspace name.
Audio playback
Each track plays directly in the browser. Recipients can play, pause, and scrub through the waveform. If multiple tracks are present, they are listed in order and can be played individually. No download is required to listen.
Free preview
If the transfer was created with Charge for download and a free preview length was set, each track plays only up to the preview limit (for example, the first 30 seconds). After the preview ends, the track stops and a purchase prompt is shown. This applies to all tracks in the transfer equally.
Download behavior
Download behavior depends on what was set at creation:
Listen only (default): no download button. Recipients can stream but not save the files.
Allow download (free): a download button is shown for each track or for all tracks together. Anyone can download without paying.
Charge for download: a purchase button is shown. After a successful Stripe payment, the full tracks are unlocked and the recipient can download all of them.
If a maximum number of sales was set, the purchase button is disabled once that limit is reached and the page shows a sold out state.
Access control
Password protection and Gated work the same as on file transfer pages. If password-protected, a password field appears before the player is shown. If Gated, the recipient submits name and email first.
Tracking
Plays, downloads, and purchase events are tracked. For gated and email-based transfers, you can see exactly who listened and when from the transfer detail view inside your workspace.
