How to upgrade your organization from Free to Pro
Move your organization from the Free plan to a monthly or yearly Pro subscription by choosing a billing period, paying by card at Checkout and confirming on the Billing page.
Tarkle Pro is the paid plan for freelancers and small teams. It is billed monthly or yearly, and the plan belongs to your organization, so every workspace in it draws on the same storage. This article shows how to upgrade from Free.
What Pro adds to Free
Free gives your organization 1 workspace, 5 GB of storage and uploads of up to 1 GB. Pro adds:
2 workspaces and 3 TB of storage
Uploads of up to 200 GB
Unlimited team members, with team folders and team storage
File versioning
A fully branded client portal
The AI assistant (Beta)
90-day file recovery instead of 30 days
Priority support

How to upgrade
Only the owner of the organization can upgrade. Admins can see the Billing page but have no upgrade buttons.
Sign in to Tarkle with the account that owns the organization.
Open Settings.
Click Billing. The Active subscriptions card lists your Free plan.
Click the ⋯ menu on the Free plan row.
Click Upgrade. Checkout opens with Pro selected.
Choose Billed yearly or Billed monthly. Yearly is $19 a month, billed as $228 a year, and is selected by default. Monthly is $29 a month.
Enter your card number, expiration date, security code, country and ZIP or postal code. Card is the only payment method.
Click Purchase. You are taken to the Billing page.
Note: By clicking Purchase you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it, and Checkout shows the amount under Billed now before you pay.
You can also click See plans on the Billing page to compare plans first, or Upgrade to Pro in an upgrade message inside a workspace.
What happens next
Your organization is on Pro once the payment is confirmed, and Pro features are available straight away. The Billing page shows Pro with an Active badge and a Next billing date. If it still shows Free, refresh the page after a moment.
If the card is declined, Checkout shows the reason under Purchase. You stay on Free and can try again. If you close the page before paying, you are not charged.
