Accept payments through Stripe or manage payments manually. We take care of security, infrastructure, maintenance, and product updates and provide white-label technical support to your users.

Tarkle Reseller is for agencies, freelancers, studios, law firms, consultants, and other service businesses that want to create and sell their own branded file-sharing and file-cloud platform.

Reseller includes everything in Pro and Agency, 50 customer workspaces, 6 TB of pooled storage, one authorized sales territory, a built-in referral program, your own plans and prices with Stripe, self-registration and manual provisioning, and live chat and email support. Reseller Pro includes everything in Reseller, plus 100 customer workspaces, 15 TB of pooled storage, up to 3 authorized sales territories, a built-in affiliate program, MCP, Slack and WordPress plugins, and priority support via Slack.

Reseller is $99 per month plus a one-time $99 setup fee, or $89 per month billed yearly at $1,068. Reseller Pro starts at $189 per month plus a one-time $189 setup fee, or $179 per month billed yearly at $2,148, and includes 100 customer workspaces.

The setup fee equals your first month's price: $99 for Reseller and $189 for Reseller Pro. It is charged once with monthly billing and waived when you pay yearly. Tarkle may also waive it at its discretion.

Your included storage is one pool that you share across the customer workspaces you create. You decide how much storage each workspace receives, such as 50 GB or 100 GB, based on your own plans.

Extra usage is billed monthly: $79 per extra 50 customer workspaces and $69 per extra 10 TB of pooled storage.

A territory is the country where you develop your market. Reseller includes one and Reseller Pro includes up to three. Territories are nonexclusive and separate from where your files are stored.

Yes. You can invite clients manually or allow them to register directly through your branded platform, such as app.ruweem.com/sign-up or cloud.ducagency.com/sign-up.

Yes. You can create free or paid plans, set your own trial period, and choose your own prices and entitlements for your clients.

You can collect payments through Stripe or record manual payments. Reseller Pro can also request a custom payment integration as a one-time $99 service.

After payment you enter your business name, logo and the domain you will use. We then set up your partner portal, which takes an estimated 48 hours. If we need anything from you, we will let you know.

Tarkle handles platform maintenance, product updates, and white-label support on your behalf. Your brand and client-facing experience remain yours while Tarkle operates the underlying platform.
