What's included
With the Agency plan, you can fully white-label the Tarkle infrastructure. Your clients can log in and manage their business files and teams directly on your branded platform (e.g., cloud.acme.com), and the “Powered by Tarkle” backlink is replaced by your agency name. Learn more.

Agency costs $299, Reseller costs $499 and Reseller Pro costs $999. Each is paid once, with no setup fee and no renewals.
Agency includes 6 TB of cloud storage and 20 workspaces for your clients (the lifetime Agency plan does not include the AI assistant). Reseller includes everything in Pro and Agency, 50 customer workspaces, 6 TB of pooled storage, one authorized sales territory, a built-in referral program, your own plans and prices with Stripe, self-registration and manual provisioning, and live chat and email support. Reseller Pro includes everything in Reseller, plus 100 customer workspaces, 15 TB of pooled storage, up to 3 authorized sales territories, a built-in affiliate program, MCP, Slack and WordPress plugins, and priority support via Slack.
A monthly or yearly plan is a subscription that renews until you cancel it. A lifetime plan is a single payment with no subscription and no renewals. Monthly Reseller plans also carry a one-time setup fee. Lifetime plans have none.
Your included storage is one pool that you share across the customer workspaces you create. You decide how much storage each workspace receives, such as 50 GB or 100 GB, based on your own plans.
Extra usage is billed monthly: $79 per extra 50 customer workspaces and $69 per extra 10 TB of pooled storage.
A territory is the country where you develop your market. Reseller includes one and Reseller Pro includes up to three. Territories are nonexclusive and separate from where your files are stored.
Yes. You can invite clients manually or allow them to register directly through your branded platform, such as app.ruweem.com/sign-up or cloud.ducagency.com/sign-up.
Yes. You can create free or paid plans, set your own trial period, and choose your own prices and entitlements for your clients.
After payment you enter your business name, logo and the domain you will use. We then set up your partner portal, which takes an estimated 48 hours. If we need anything from you, we will let you know.
Credit and debit cards are supported through our secure payment provider, Stripe. If you need an invoice, Wise or a bank deposit, contact us at support@tarkle.com.
All lifetime sales are final, and we don't offer refunds except where required by law or when we confirm a billing error. See our refund policy for details.
Once your account has a reseller plan, checkout will not sell you another one. Contact support@tarkle.com and we will change it with you.
