A note on the change
ProRequests was always built by Tarkle.
We launched ProRequests as a standalone brand because it had a clear focus: request management and work orders for service businesses. That focus was right. But running a separate brand meant a separate roadmap, separate infrastructure decisions, and a team maintaining two of everything. Features that should have shipped in weeks were taking months.
Consolidating under Tarkle means Portal now ships alongside Send and Studio. One codebase, one team, one direction. The workflows your team relies on like service requests, work orders, approvals, payments — are unchanged.
Nothing changes for your clients either. Your branded portal still runs on your domain.
