Deleting your account permanently removes your workspace and everything in it. This action is irreversible. Go to /profile in your workspace to access the deletion option. Only the workspace owner sees the delete account section.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed after 30 days:
Your profile and account information
All uploaded files and folders
Brand pages, products, and store
All your workspaces and settings
File requests and transfers
Clients, team members, and domains
Before you delete: Cancel your subscription
If your workspace has an active subscription, a yellow warning appears in the deletion dialog. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription, which means you could continue to be charged after your account is gone. Cancel your subscription from /billing before proceeding with account deletion.
How to delete your account
Go to
/profileand scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.Click Delete account. A confirmation dialog opens.
Read the list of what will be deleted. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first using the link in the yellow warning box.
Type your account email address exactly in the confirmation field.
Once your email matches, the Delete account button becomes active. Click it.
The button stays disabled until your typed email matches your account email exactly, so the deletion cannot be triggered by accident. Once confirmed, you will see a "You will be logged out soon" message and be signed out automatically within a few seconds. Your data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
