Every Tarkle Send plan includes a fixed number of team seats. If you need more people in your workspace than your plan allows, you can purchase additional seats in packs.
What is Included by default
The number of seats included depends on your plan:
Send: 5 seats (owner + 4 members)
Send Pro: 15 seats (owner + 14 members)
Trial: up to 15 seats to test collaboration before committing
Buying additional seats
Additional team seats are sold in packs of 5 seats at $10 per pack. Seat packs are added on top of your existing plan allocation and billed at the workspace level. There is no limit on how many packs you can add.
For example, if you are on Send Pro and need 15 seats beyond your current allocation, you would purchase 3 packs of 5 for $30 per billing period.
Managing your team
Seat limits are enforced in the workspace. When you reach your seat limit, the Invite team member button becomes disabled with a tooltip prompting you to upgrade. Purchasing additional seat packs unlocks the ability to invite more members immediately.
