Acceptable Use Policy

Tarkle is a business file sharing platform for freelancers, agencies, consultants, law firms, and client-facing businesses. Use the Service responsibly and lawfully. “Tarkle”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Cloudbrand Technologies, Inc.

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Do not gain unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities without permission, bypass controls, interfere with the Service, distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or intentionally disrupt the platform.

Do not violate law, commit fraud, facilitate financial crime, distribute stolen material, promote terrorism, conduct phishing, distribute malicious software, or engage in illegal activity.

Do not upload, store, or share child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism or unlawful violence, infringing content, privacy-violating content, unlawful pornography where prohibited, or content facilitating crime.

Do not send spam or unsolicited marketing, phishing, fake accounts, abusive invitations, manipulated referrals, or deceptive downloads.

Do not circumvent storage or bandwidth limits, evade subscription restrictions, automate account creation, scrape private information, resell except through an authorized plan, or use Tarkle as infrastructure for another cloud platform without authorization.

You must have the legal right to upload and share stored files. You remain responsible for your content; Tarkle does not claim ownership.

Do not upload or share personal information you are not legally permitted to process. If you collect files from others, comply with applicable privacy laws.

If we reasonably believe this Policy was violated, we may remove content, disable links, suspend downloads or accounts, terminate accounts, or report illegal activity. We may act without prior notice when necessary.

We may update this Policy. Continued use after changes become effective accepts the revised Policy.
