Use the Assets step in the brand editor. It holds asset collections, Team, Press and Guidelines.

Asset collections

  • Up to 30 collections with up to 200 files each. Any file type, up to 100 MB per file.

  • Each needs a name (up to 80 characters) and can have a description (up to 500).

Guidelines

  • Up to 20 sections. Each has a title (up to 80 characters) and rich text: headings, lists, quotes, links and callouts.

  • One-click presets: Logo usage, Do and don't, Voice and tone and Imagery.

  • Sections can be reordered. A Guidelines tab appears on the page once at least one section exists.

Team

  • Up to 24 people with a name, a title and an optional photo.

  • Change the section heading (up to 30 characters, "Team" by default).

Press

  • Up to 24 items. Each is a link to a public page, with a title, description, source and image.

Mark usage terms

Tarkle writes the usage terms page for you from the brand name and your workspace contact email. It is standard permission wording, not legal advice. If you need stricter terms, ask a lawyer to review them.

What shows

Tabs appear only for sections that have content, so an empty Team, Press or Guidelines section stays hidden.

Brand pages are part of your Tarkle plan. Free workspaces can have 1 brand page. Pro and Agency have no limit.

How do download approval and access requests work?

Turn on Require approval to download in Settings → Downloads. Visitors then use Request access instead of Download, and you decide.

Use the Logos, Colors and Fonts steps in the brand editor.

How do I create a brand page?

Open Brands, click Create brand, fill in the steps, then click Publish (or Save as draft to finish later).

How do I see views, downloads and requests for my brand pages?

The Brands page and each brand show three cards: Page views, Downloads and Access requests, with a period selector.

How do I share a brand page with a client?

Assign the brand to the client's contact or organization in Settings → Assign this brand. They see it in their client portal under Brands.
