Assign each team member a role that defines what they can do: owner, admin, member, or viewer. Suspend someone's access without deleting their history.

Not everyone on the team should be able to delete files or change billing. Roles set those boundaries: owners and admins manage the workspace, members work with files and transfers, viewers can look but not change anything. When someone leaves or pauses, you suspend their access in one step; their activity history and files stay intact, and access can be restored later if they return.
