Go to /activity in your workspace to see a full record of every action taken across your workspace. Every row is one event. You can sort by resource or action and scroll back through your workspace history.
What gets tracked
The Activity page covers every major action across your workspace:
Transfers — created, viewed, downloaded, shared
Files — uploaded, downloaded, viewed, moved, renamed, deleted, trashed, restored
Folders — created, moved, renamed, deleted, trashed, restored
Contacts — added, removed, shared with
Team members — invited, removed
API tokens — created, renamed, revoked
Payments — created
Settings — updated
Every event is recorded automatically. You do not need to enable tracking.
What each row shows
Each row in the table has three columns:
Column | What it shows |
What | The name of the resource that was acted on. Below it: who did it, their IP address, and a timestamp. |
Action | What happened. Viewed, Downloaded, Uploaded, Deleted, and so on. |
Where | The country and city the action came from, based on the IP address. |
Why it matters
If a client says they never received a file, Activity shows you exactly when the transfer was opened and from where. If someone on your team deleted something, the log shows who and when. If you use API tokens for integrations, every token creation and revocation is recorded here.
The Activity page is the single place to answer: did this happen, who did it, and where did it come from.
