Affiliate Program Terms

The Affiliate Program is operated through a third-party affiliate platform. By joining, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. “Tarkle”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Cloudbrand Technologies, Inc.

Participants must be at least 18. The program is open to individuals, businesses, agencies, creators, consultants, educators, and publishers. We may refuse or terminate accounts when participation creates legal, operational, or reputational risk.

Accounts are created through our affiliate platform and receive a unique referral link. You are responsible for account security.

Referrals use cookies and attribution technology. Referral cookies currently remain valid for 45 days; only automatically tracked referrals qualify. Deleted cookies, changed devices, or unavailable tracking may prevent attribution.

The current commission is published on the Affiliate page and applies to qualifying monthly, annual, and one-time purchases that are successfully completed. Percentages may change for future referrals.

Payouts are processed through the affiliate platform; supported methods, schedules, and minimum thresholds are managed there and may change.

You may promote Tarkle through websites, articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, social media, educational content, and recommendations. Represent Tarkle accurately and make no false guarantees.

Do not self-refer, use spam, impersonate Tarkle, create confusingly official sites, use misleading advertising, malware, adware, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, tracking interference, or artificially generated clicks.

Do not bid on Tarkle or confusingly similar trademarks, including Sharebrand, Cloudbrand, Tarkle Send, or tarkle.com, without written permission, or create advertisements appearing official.

Our trademarks, logos, screenshots, and brand assets remain our property and may be used only in accordance with Brand Guidelines.

You may leave at any time. We may suspend or terminate participation for violations or manipulation; prohibited activity may forfeit unpaid commissions.

We may update these Terms; continued participation accepts revisions.
