Lifetime cloud storage for agencies: share large files with clients
Four checks for sharing large files with clients, and how six lifetime cloud storage offers compare for agencies.
The right cloud storage software to share large files with clients for agencies passes four checks: the largest single file it takes, whether a client can download without an account, whether the link shows your brand, and whether you pay once or every month. This guide runs six offers of lifetime cloud storage for agencies, Tarkle's among them, through those four checks, so you can see which one suits an agency that delivers finished work to clients.
Tarkle is our own product, so read the comparison as Tarkle's view. Tarkle may earn a commission when you buy pCloud through the link in this article.
What to check in cloud storage software to share large files with clients for agencies
Run every tool through the same four questions. A low one-time price means little if one of them fails when a client opens a delivery.
Largest file. Look at the biggest single file the plan accepts, not the storage total. A large drive that stops each transfer at a low per-file limit cannot carry a film or a RAW shoot.
Client access. Your client should open a link and download. If they must create an account first, some will email you instead.
Branding. Check whether the link carries your logo and your own address, and whether the vendor's name stays on the page.
One-time or monthly. A lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal, while regular Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. A lifetime plan fits an agency that already knows it will send files to clients for years and prefers one payment to a monthly bill.
Before you buy, send yourself a test file at the size of your biggest delivery. Open the link in a private window with no sign-in, as your client would, and note every screen that asks for an account.

Drime is not in the table because its own pricing page lists monthly and annual plans and no lifetime plan.
1. Tarkle
Tarkle lets you send large files to a client with one link. The Pro 500 GB, Pro and Agency lifetime plans list an upload limit of up to 200 GB, and the person downloading needs no account. The client's page has a Download all button that packs several files into one zip.

You control the link. Set a password, set an expiry date, and read the Activity list on the transfer, which shows each Viewed and Downloaded event. A file request turns the flow around: the client drops files on a request page that carries your branding, and the person uploading never needs an account.
For branding, you connect your own domain, such as files.yourstudio.com, and custom branding puts your logo, colours and favicon on transfer pages, file requests and the client portal. Pro 500 GB and Pro list a fully branded client portal, and Agency includes everything in Pro. Agency adds a 100% white-label platform on your own domain, where the Powered by Tarkle backlink is replaced by your agency name. On Pro 500 GB and Pro the backlink stays on your pages.
Tarkle lifetime plan | Price | Storage | Workspaces | Team seats | Branding |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Pro 500 GB | $29 | 500 GB | 1 | 1 team seat | Fully branded client portal, backlink stays |
Pro | $169 | 3 TB | 2 | Unlimited team members | Fully branded client portal, backlink stays |
Agency | $299 | 6 TB | 20 workspaces for clients | Everything in Pro | 100% white-label platform |

Pro 500 GB is the plan for a freelancer who works alone. Pro suits a studio with a team, and Agency suits an agency that wants each client in a workspace of their own on a domain such as cloud.youragency.com. The white label for agencies page explains what clients see.
You can try the sharing flow on the Free plan first. It includes 5 GB of storage, an upload limit of up to 1 GB, sharing and requesting files, and a custom domain and branding, with no credit card required. Tarkle's refund policy explains when a refund applies to a lifetime purchase.
2. Sinosend
Sinosend is built for branded transfers. Its AppSumo listing says you can brand every transfer with your logo, custom background and profile image, and that no recipient account is needed. On November 1, 2026 the listing showed "Sold out!", so the one-time offer was not on sale.
The four tiers on the listing ran from $59 for 1 code (50 GB of storage, sends up to 10 GB, 0 team member logins) to $236 for 4 codes (1 TB, up to 100 GB, 10 team member logins). AppSumo shows the deal as refundable up to 60 days. The largest tier tops out at 100 GB, and Tarkle's lifetime plans list up to 200 GB.

3. Drime
Drime is a cloud drive sold as a subscription. Its pricing page, read on November 1, 2026, lists monthly or annual billing and no lifetime plan, with an unlimited maximum file size on every tier. Its FAQ says secure links with passwords and expiry dates need no account on the other side, and the plan table includes password-protected links and links with expiry dates from Essentials upward. File requests are included on every tier, and Essentials allows 15 collaborators. Workspace branding is included on Professional and Advanced.
Drime fits a team that prefers a subscription with several collaborators over a one-time payment. If you see a Drime lifetime offer on a marketplace, read that listing's own terms, because they are separate from Drime's plans.

4. Scramble Cloud
Scramble Cloud sells two lifetime Premium plans on its own pricing page: €129.95 one time for 2 TB and €279.95 one time for 6 TB, each for 1 user. Both list unlimited file size, encryption, WebDAV and Rclone support and a CLI (read on November 1, 2026). Encrypted file sharing is listed on the Business and Companies plans, which start from 3 users.
Scramble Cloud suits a freelancer who wants a large encrypted drive. An agency with several team members would look at those Business plans rather than the 1 user lifetime Premium plans.

5. Koofr
Koofr's own pricing page says only yearly subscriptions are possible, so its lifetime plan is a promotional upgrade sold on StackSocial: a 1 TB lifetime subscription at $199.99 on November 1, 2026. You redeem the code on an existing Koofr account within 15 days of purchase.
Koofr's paid plans list unlimited file size, unlimited public sharing with permanent or time-limited links, and public receive links to get files from anyone. The StackSocial listing mentions link appearance customization, so check what it covers before you rely on it for client-facing branding.

6. pCloud
pCloud lists lifetime plans on its pricing page: Premium 500 GB at $219 one time, Premium Plus 2 TB at $499 and Ultra 10 TB at $1499, read on November 1, 2026. The page says "Upload files of any size with unrestricted transfer speeds" and lists password-protected links, branded shares and requests to gather files.
Run pCloud's branded shares through the same four checks: open a test link as your client would and see whose name is on the page.

Which tool fits which agency?
There is no single winner on every check, so match the tool to the job.
You send finished work to clients and want your own name on it: Tarkle lists up to 200 GB per file, no account for the client, your own domain and a one-time price. Pro 500 GB suits one person, Pro a team, and Agency a platform with clients on your domain.
You want branded transfers from a marketplace deal: Sinosend, when the AppSumo offer is back on sale.
You prefer a subscription with collaborators: Drime.
You want one encrypted drive for yourself: Scramble Cloud.
You want a lifetime plan with sharing and receive links: Koofr or pCloud.
Some agencies use two tools: one for their own archive and Tarkle for what clients receive. For the broader checklist, read cloud storage for agencies: five checks beyond storage size.
What to remember about Tarkle
Tarkle lets an agency send files up to 200 GB with one link that clients open without an account, collect files back with a file request, and show its own domain and branding. Its lifetime plans run from $29 for Pro 500 GB to $299 for Agency, and the Free plan lets you test the flow with real files first. Start for free, then see the lifetime plans when you want to pay once.
