Sharebrand, Bripes, and Kontrable become Tarkle products
Sharebrand became Tarkle Send, Bripes became Tarkle Portal, and Kontrable became Tarkle Crew. Learn what changed and what customers should know.
Sharebrand is now Tarkle Send. Bripes is now Tarkle Portal. Kontrable is now Tarkle Crew. Tarkle Studio remains Tarkle’s separate design subscription service.
These products now use the Tarkle brand and are presented through tarkle.com. The change gives customers one clearer place to find Tarkle’s products while preserving the distinct purpose of each service.
Why we made the change
We previously operated these products under separate names and websites. That made it harder for customers to understand how the products were related and where to find support, pricing, documentation, and product information.
Bringing Send, Portal, and Crew under Tarkle gives customers one company and one place to manage the relationship. Each product still serves a different purpose, but the connection between them is now clearer.
What changed
The main change is the brand and the way the products are presented.
- Tarkle Send is branded file sharing and tracking for agencies, studios, consultants, law firms, and other client-facing businesses.
- Tarkle Portal is client-management software for productized agencies.
- Tarkle Crew is contractor-management software for agencies and small businesses.
- Tarkle Studio is Tarkle’s separate design subscription service.
Send, Portal, and Crew are included in Tarkle’s unified subscription. Studio remains a separate service with its own plans and pricing.
The current Tarkle subscription
- Tarkle Starter is $29 per month for five shared team seats.
- Tarkle Pro is $59 per month for ten shared team seats.
Both plans include access to Tarkle Send, Tarkle Portal, and Tarkle Crew. Starter includes 1 TB of Send storage and transfers up to 50 GB. Pro includes 3 TB of Send storage and transfers up to 100 GB. Pro also adds team roles, custom permissions, AI Assist, real-time Slack notifications, view-only transfers, burn-after-read controls, 90-day file recovery, and embeds for files, video, and audio.

What existing customers should know
Existing customers should continue using the product that matches their previous service:
- Sharebrand customers should use Tarkle Send.
- Bripes customers should use Tarkle Portal.
- Kontrable customers should use Tarkle Crew.
Customers do not need to change products simply because the brand has changed. However, pricing, plan structure, product URLs, account settings, and login instructions may differ from the earlier standalone products.
Use the current Tarkle product pages and account instructions for the latest information about pricing, domains, login access, workspace settings, and feature availability.

What comes next
Tarkle will continue improving Send, Portal, Crew, and Studio as distinct products under one company. Tarkle Send focuses on branded file sharing. Tarkle Portal focuses on client management for agencies. Tarkle Crew focuses on contractor management. Tarkle Studio provides a separate design subscription service.
The product names changed to make that structure clearer. The goal remains the same: give agencies and service businesses tools that fit how they work.
