How do I use my own domain with the Agency plan?

The Agency plan includes one organization domain, so clients open Tarkle at an address you own.

Steps

  1. Open Organization settings and choose Domains.

  2. Enter your domain and submit.

  3. Add the DNS records Tarkle shows. They connect the domain, a wildcard for workspaces and your email sender domain.

  4. Wait for verification.

Good to know

  • One domain. Until it is connected you can replace it: choose Change domain, enter the new one and add its DNS records. Once the domain is active it is locked, because your clients' links, sign-ins and sender address use it. To change an active domain, contact Tarkle support.

  • A domain already used by another account is rejected.

  • Until the sender domain verifies, emails may come from a Tarkle fallback address.

  • Workspace domains and brand page domains are separate settings, set per workspace.

  • The invitation link uses your domain only when it is active.
