How do clients get access to their workspace?

Your client receives an emailed invitation as Admin of their workspace, creates or signs in to a Tarkle account, and sees only that workspace.

Your client receives an emailed invitation as Admin of their workspace, creates or signs in to a Tarkle account, and sees only that workspace.

What the client sees

  • Their own workspace, with your branding when white label is on.

  • No other workspace of yours and no other client.

  • Admin rights inside their workspace: they can add their own team, upload and share files.

Sign-up and sign-in

  • Clients use an ordinary Tarkle account. It works on tarkle.com and on your domain.

  • On your own domain, sign-up is by invitation only.

  • The invitation link goes to your domain only when your organization domain is active. Otherwise it is a tarkle.com link.

What does not change

  • Billing stays with you. The client is not billed.

  • Ownership stays with you. Clients cannot take the workspace over, and there is no ownership handover. If you remove the client or your plan ends, they lose access or limits accordingly.

If the client did not get the email

If the workspace shows Invite not sent in the hub, open its menu and choose Resend invite. Otherwise open the workspace, go to Team and invite them again. Ask them to check spam.
